Sara Bankovich

Sara is currently the President of OHIO Women in Business and a third-year student in the College of Business pursuing a double major in Accounting and Business Pre-Law. Apart from being dedicated to OHIO Women in Business, she is also a Copeland Scholar and a College of Business Student Ambassador. Sara has served on the OWIB executive board for the past two years as the former VP of Philanthropy and VP of Membership. She is esctatic to now serve as the president and strives to empower future powerful and successful businesswomen.

VP of Professional Development

Anibel Neill

Anibel is OHIO Women in Business' VP of Professional Development. She is a second-year student majoring in Management and Strategic Leadership & Data Analytics with a Human Resources Certificate. Outside of OWIB, Anibel is involved in the College of Business Honors Program, the professional business fraternity - Delta Sigma Pi, and she work in the Business Office for Campus Recreation. This semester she is looking forward to creating a positive and professional environment for our members as well as getting to know all of the wonderful ladies in our organization!

VP of Membership

Hailey Stinchcomb

Hailey is a second-year currently studying Marketing and serves as our VP of Membership. She is in the professional business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi, as well as an active member in the Schey Sales Centre. Hailey loves a good mystery, whether in books, movies, or games, and is a fan of hiking and other outdoor activities. This semester she is looking forward to continuing her exploration of who she is and what she's passionate about. One thing she has discovered so far is that she loves women empowering and working with each other. She is excited to help the members of OWIB maximize their time by not only learning from and networking with speakers at meetings, but by learning from and networking with each other.

VP of Marketing

Mackenzy Duncan

Mackenzy is currently serving as the VP of Marketing for OHIO Women in Business. As a third-year student, she is double majoring in Marketing and Business Analytics. She is excited to help spread the word about OWIB and all of the wonderful things we are doing on campus at Ohio University. Mackenzy loves how supportive the organization is and how much she has already grown, both professionally and personally. Mackenzy works as a Resident Assistant and spends her free time working out, watching movies, and playing with puppies at Petland!

VP of Logistics

Alayna Minardo

Alayna is a first-year business student and is proudly serving as the VP of Logistics for OWIB. She is currently pursuing a double major in Management & Strategic Leadership and Marketing. She is passionate about leading and looks forward to growing her abilities throughout college, combined with a hands on experience within OWIB. Alayna is intrigued with the fashion and cosmetic industries, and hopes to aim her future career towards these fields. OWIB has provided her with an amazing opportunity to connect with like-minded women and grow together. She looks forward to continue doing great things over this semester with the executive board, and all of our members.

VP of Finance

Alyssa Vartorella

Alyssa is a second-year student majoring in Accounting with a minor in Retail Merchandising and she serves as the VP of Finance for OHIO Women in Business. She is looking forward to being a part of the planning process for traditional events, such as the Networking Trip and Annual Alumni Panel, as well as tackling new endeavors with the other ladies on the executive board this semester. Alyssa's future plans include implementing additional fundraisers and events to raise money for OWIB. With supplemental funding, more events geared towards helping the amazing women in the organization develop personally and professionally can be achieved!

VP of Philanthropy

Amanda Givens

Amanda is a fourth-year studying Economics and is currently the Vice President of Philanthropy for Ohio Women In Business. Outside of OWIB, she enjoys painting, rock climbing, attending sports games at OU, and going to zumba and yoga classes. She is passionate about giving back to the Athens and Cleveland community (rep the 216!), and creating an impact in others lives. This semester, Amanda is looking forward to creating memories with her friends before everyone graduates! This upcoming summer she will be interning as the District Manager Intern for ALDI Grocery Stores.

VP of Internal Relations

Elizabeth Roscoe

Elizabeth is a third-year student studying management information systems and data analytics. Currently, she is the Vice President of Internal Relations, where she is able to bring together women from various backgrounds by initiating social events and mentorship programs that produce academic and professional success. Also, Beth serves as the Director of Alumni Relations for Information Systems and Analytics Professionals and participates in various events with her sorority on campus. On-campus, she works at Bobcat Depot as a sales desk employee. In her free time, she enjoys baking, hanging out with her dog, Jessie, and channeling her inner old person by embroidering.

Abi Brandenburg

Abi is our Director of Data Analytics and as a second-year she is studying Actuarial Science. Outside of OHIO Women in Business and classes, she loves to workout and hang out with friends! Abi is passionate about helping others and enjoys seeing her peers succeed. OWIB has brought her many opportunities and has taught her skills that she can utilize in the real world! This semester she is looking forward to contributing to such a great organization and making new friends along the way.

Molly Dunham

Molly is a first-year student studying International Business and is serving as the Lead Committee Head for the OHIO Women in Business Marketing Committee! Her favorite part about OWIB is the opportunity it provides to network with companies and other women in the college of business. Molly is most excited about attending the various networking trips OWIB plans, as they are great opportunities to bond with other members!
